Yoga heart circle

The other day the kids and I decided to build a heart circle with our yoga mats and practice in this formation. It was quite symbolic and beautiful. The best part – it was spontaneous at heart 💚👍   


Meditation for rain

This week while learning about water and its cycle the kids meditated with me to send rain to California to help with the drought. And it worked!! Yesterday it rained with some thunderstorms in some parts of California!! 👍👍😎😎😊😇
