Tibetan monks go on walking meditations regularly. It is just like a sitting meditation and brings about the same benefits, but the body is moving in space. One has to move slowly, being aware of each step, noticing breath and sounds. It is much enjoyable on a weekend. You never know what nature will reveal. Perhaps a stunning sunset?

We create peace with my preschool yoga students. Three times: 1) for us and our families, 2) for our schools and cities, 3) for the whole Earth. Following the example of middle school students in Southern California and yoga teachers. The energy is gathered and then let go at the very end with the "yey"! These kids are 4-6 years old.
