This Saturday January 23, 2010 the country celebrated a National Yoga Day with workshops and yoga classes given for free and for cause donations. Studios across the county participated in celebrating this event. One such studio, Joy of Being in Moss Beach, California offered coastal residents unique yoga classes and raised $395 to benefit the Art of Yoga Project.   more »
